Volunteers Honored for Help to Students

The Huntington Beach Administrators Assn. has honored community members who volunteer to help local high school students.
Twelve people were cited at the eighth annual awards ceremony and given plaques. They are:
William Brown, Huntington Beach Union High School District Adult School; Joe Macpherson, district central office; Harry Meyer, Valley Vista High; Carol Champan, Edison High; Joanne and Samuel Lew, Fountain Valley High; Larry and Shammi Dingus, Huntington Beach High; Robert L. Chick, Marina High; Hal Ralston, Ocean View High; and Terry Thompson and Claire Braeburn, Westminster High.
