Foul Comment by Torre Aired on TV

Fox Sports accidentally aired an expletive by New York Yankee Manager Joe Torre during a tape delayed broadcast of Saturday’s game at Boston, then apologized for the mistake.
And the mistake came on the 20th anniversary of Torre’s major league managerial debut.
In the top of the seventh, Paul O’Neill hit a home run that gave the slumping Yankees a 5-0 lead. In the bottom of the seventh, Fox showed tape of Torre in the dugout telling O’Neill “the . . . worm has turned,” with the manager using an expletive in the middle of the sentence.
When the telecast resumed in the top of the eighth, Fox announcer Thom Brennaman apologized for the mistake.
