Proposed Expansion Reveals Inconsistency

Does anyone but me find inconsistency and a little bit of hypocrisy in Oxnard’s proposed expansion into the greenbelt with a theme park and a few thousand more new houses? This is the same city that’s complaining about traffic congestion if the Buenaventura [mall] completes its remodeling plans. Incredible!
