Arizona Convict Executed

FLORENCE, Ariz. — A man was executed by injection early Wednesday for a $107 robbery in which he bludgeoned, stabbed and strangled a mentally impaired woman .
William Woratzeck, 51, was convicted of beating Linda Leslie, 36, with a hammer, stabbing her three times and strangling her with his hands during the 1980 robbery.
