4 Killed as Tree Hits Truck

YAKIMA, Wash. — Four people died instantly when a huge tree crashed onto their truck during a storm near Mt. Rainier National Park, police said Wednesday. The 160-foot-tall tree landed directly on the cab of the 1992 Ford pickup truck during a storm that raked the region with high winds and heavy rain Tuesday, an officer said.
