White Horse Strikes Deal With Thermatrix

SANTA ANA — White Horse Technologies Inc. has signed an exclusive marketing and manufacturing agreement with Thermatrix Inc. that also gives the San Jose company the option of acquiring White Horse in the future.
Under the contract, the Santa Ana company will produce its oxidation and abatement products strictly for Thermatrix, which will market them with its own flameless solution for destroying volatile organic compounds and air pollutants.
Terms of the deal weren’t released.
