Associated Travel Services Is Acquired

SANTA ANA — Associated Travel Services Inc. in Santa Ana was one of 12 small companies acquired Tuesday by U.S. Office Products Co., which paid a total of about $153 million in cash and stock on the acquisitions.
Another California company, Adair Office Furniture in Cerritos, also was among those acquired. The companies supply office products, furniture and services.
