AT&T; Corp. and Palo Alto-based Hewlett-Packard Co. have joined forces to develop products and services to help companies conduct commerce online. Hewlett-Packard said it will provide computer servers and AT&T; will offer networking and security technology. The combined products will let customers set up Internet-based storefronts that can handle secure online purchases, the companies said. . . . Toyota Motor Corp. said its Torrance-based Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. filed another lawsuit to prevent Florida billionaire H. Wayne Huizenga’s Republic Industries Inc. from acquiring more of its dealerships.
