Applied Powder Coating Buys Site for Expansion

Applied Powder Coating has purchased a recently completed, 12,000-square-foot industrial building in Oxnard to accommodate its expansion into Ventura County.
Last month the company moved into the building at 2350 Santiago Court. It is one of three new buildings constructed by Martin Teitelbaum of Oxnard Merchant I Ltd.
Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented Oxnard Merchant I in the sale. CB Commercial represented Applied Powder.
Applied Powder is a supplier of powder-coating products for Haas Automation of Oxnard. Approximately 25 people will be employed at its Oxnard facility.
