HomeLife Inc., a Newport Beach-based real estate company, is going global.
HomeLife recently sold a master franchise to investors led by Peter Bennhardt of Germany, who said he plans to open 200 offices over the next five years, starting in Hanover and Berlin. The deal is just the first step in a planned expansion throughout the world, HomeLife chairman Andrew Cimerman said.
HomeLife’s companies include Red Carpet, National Real Estate Services and Guardian Home Warranty, as well as independently owned affiliates. They currently operate out of more than 400 offices in this country.
