Knee, Rumors Not Bothering Ferraro
Center Ray Ferraro, who was sidelined 18 games with an injury to his left knee, was a healthy scratch for the Kings’ 4-1 loss at Dallas on Wednesday night. Ferraro had returned to the lineup Nov. 20 but was scoreless in consecutive wins over Chicago and Colorado.
Ferraro, rumored earlier in the week to be involved in a possible trade with Toronto, said his knee has not been a problem. “I’ve heard my name linked with rumors many times before,” Ferraro said. “I don’t worry about them any more like I used to.”
