Title Insurer Expands

SANTA ANA — First American Title Insurance Co. has purchased Donegan Abstract Co. in Guadalupe County, Texas.

Terms weren’t disclosed.

First American said it merged the new acquisition into its San Antonio division. Donegan will retain its current staff of 14.

First American Title is the principal unit of First American Financial Corp.
