UC Irvine Beats Iona in Men’s Soccer

FULLERTON — Walter Camargo scored three goals Sunday to help UC Irvine to a 3-1 victory over Iona in the Titan Classic at Cal State Fullerton.
UC Irvine, which also beat California, won the tournament championship with a 2-0 record.
Camargo, from Mater Dei High, scored 12 minutes into the game then broke a 1-1 tie in the 79th minute. His final goal came about seven minutes later.
UCI is 5-6-4 and Iona is 11-5.
