Miami-based Fine Air Services Inc, the company whose DC-8 cargo jet crashed on takeoff from Miami airport last month, has agreed to stop flying for the moment, the Federal Aviation Administration said. The action follows an FAA inspection that found the carrier had inadequate control over its cargo operation.
