Krause’s Goes on Amex

BREA — Shares of Krause’s Furniture Inc. began trading Tuesday on the American Stock Exchange, a move up from the company’s previous listing on the Nasdaq Small Cap market.
The Brea furniture maker and retailer issued 4.4 million shares of common stock in conjunction with the switch in stock markets.
Shares closed at $3.75, a gain of 56 cents a share from Monday’s close on Nasdaq.
