White Cap Acquiring Watts Co. of Seattle

COSTA MESA — Contractor supply retailer White Cap Industries Inc. said it has agreed to acquire Charles R. Watts Co., a Seattle-based supplier for heavy construction contractors that build, maintain and repair dams, highways, waterworks, sewage treatment plants, bridges and airports.
Terms of the transaction, which is expected to be completed next month, were not disclosed. Watts generated $9 million in revenue last year, White Cap said.
