Police Seek 2 Men in Stabbing Attack

Police were searching Friday for two men suspected of stabbing a 26-year-old Ventura man who was hanging out on Harbor Boulevard.
The victim, Raymond Flinchum, was with a friend near the Ventura Pier about 9 p.m. Thursday when two men jumped him in an apparently unprovoked attack. After he was knocked to the ground, one of the attackers stabbed him twice, according to police.
The victim’s wounds were not life-threatening, police said.
