Auto Loan Company Leases Space in Oxnard

AmeriCredit Financial Services has leased space in the Oxnard Financial Plaza for its first Ventura County office.
The firm, based in Fort Worth, Texas, offers automobile loan programs for consumers through car dealers.
The office will be located in Suite 1480 of the Financial Plaza Tower and is expected to open this month.
Capital Commercial/New America International represented the Financial Plaza’s owner, Channel Islands Properties, in the three-year lease transaction. CB Commercial Real Estate Group represented AmeriCredit.
