* Recently, Caltrans simultaneously shut down all of the freeways around Edison International Field. Five of the six northbound Orange Freeway lanes were closed. The ramp from the northbound Orange Freeway to the westbound Riverside Freeway was closed. Thousands of people leaving the ball game and everyone else on those areas of freeways at 11 p.m. were confident they could just leisurely drive home. The fools! Who are these faceless bureaucratic idiots employed by Caltrans that hold Orange County freeway drivers hostage?
