Trimedyne Settles Suit

Trimedyne Inc. said it has received $6.5 million from distributor C.R. Bard to settle a 3-year-old lawsuit in which Trimedyne alleged that New Jersey-based Bard reneged on a contract to sell the Irvine company’s laser probes used in urological surgery.
