In another tournament game:

No. 2 Marina 58, Santa Margarita 36--Five turnovers to open the third quarter sparked a 10-0 run that extended Marina’s lead to 16. The Vikings (12-0) outscored Santa Margarita, 19-4, in the quarter. Chanda McLeod scored 22 for the Vikings. Venessa Ferragamo scored 17 for Santa Margarita (8-4).

Huntington Beach 53, Rosary 46--Megan Masuda scored 13 points and Kelsey Ball had 12 as the Oilers (9-2) upset 10th-ranked Rosary (9-5).

Dana Hills 52, Vista Rancho Buena Vista 41--Nicole Howard scored 25 points for Dana Hills.

In the Cerritos Gahr tournament:

Culver City 36, Esperanza 30--Allison Gerber and Ashley Van Kurin each scored eight points for Esperanza (7-5).

In the Costa Mesa tournament:

Laguna Hills 53, Loara 49--Shannon Owens scored eight of her 16 points in the fourth quarter as Laguna Hills outscored Loara, 18-15. Anne Bubriski had 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Hawks (7-4).

Tustin 47, Lakewood Mayfair 31--Brook Brown scored 19 points to lead Tustin, which went on a 13-4 run in the first quarter.

In the Garden Grove tournament:

Trabuco Hills 57, Bolsa Grande 44--Senior guard Emily Deeley scored 27 points for Trabuco Hills. Deeley had 12 of Trabuco Hills’ 14 points in the decisive third quarter.

In the Savanna Lady Rebel tournament:

Newport Harbor 50, Torrance 31--April Ross scored a game-high 17 points and grabbed eight assists for the Sailors (9-4).
