Scout Troop Marks 25th Anniversary

Boy Scout Troop 691 celebrated its 25th anniversary over the weekend with a reunion and other festivities.
Troop 691, chartered by the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, was founded in 1972. Hundreds of boys have been members of the troop, with 50 achieving the rank of Eagle Scout.
Gary Vanderpol is scoutmaster; Debbie Urquhart is committee chair.
