Rogers Officially Becomes Go-To Guy

Clipper Coach Bill Fitch thinks forward Rodney Rogers, averaging a team-best 14.9 points, has become the Clippers’ designated scorer when the game is on the line.

“Rodney is the one guy that is our go-to guy,” Fitch said. “When we go to him we know that he’s going to draw a crowd. It not that he’s going to score every time we go down there, but he’s going to make other people score because they’re going to double him.”
