Valley Torah Wins, Claims Bit of History

Edward Gerov scored 17 points and Matt Rosenblatt had 15 for Valley Torah High, which pulled off the biggest basketball victory in the school’s 23-year history, upsetting Santa Maria Valley Christian, 64-56, in a Division V-AA first-round playoff game Thursday night at Valley Christian.
It was the first basketball playoff victory for the Wolfpack (18-4).
