Group Will Plant Trees This Weekend

ReLeaf Costa Mesa will plant trees today in the Mesa Verde neighborhood.
The planting replaces a Jan. 10 event that was canceled because of bad weather. ReLeaf is a nonprofit community-based organization that aims to plant 2,000 trees locally by 2000.
Volunteers will gather at 9 a.m. in the parking lot at TeWinkle Middle School, 3224 California St. Work clothes and protective gloves should be worn.
