A certificate program for business contractors will begin next month at Cal Lutheran University.
An information meeting is scheduled today for the program, sponsored by the CLU Office of Continuing and Professional Education. The 6:30 p.m. meeting will be in Alumni Hall, Room 119.
The four-course program is designed to give participants the theoretical foundation and practical skills necessary to carry out all aspects of business contracting. Enrollment in the certificate program is not a requirement to sign up for any of the individual classes.
The first course, Legal Aspects of Business Contracts, begins Feb. 2 at 6:30 p.m. Class fees are $275 up to seven days before the first class meeting, and $300 after.
