City to Give Kudos to High-Schoolers

The city has a new program to recognize young people for their volunteer efforts.
The Mayor’s Youth Community Service Awards will be presented to graduating seniors who have made a difference in the community during their high-school years. The program officially began Dec. 1, and all Brea high school students are eligible to participate.
Forms and information are available at Brea high schools, the Brea Community Center at 695 E. Madison Way, and City Hall, 1 Civic Center Circle.
