* CAL POLY SAN LUIS OBISPO (8-10, 1-5) at UC IRVINE (6-10, 3-3), 7 (KUCI-FM)--The first of three consecutive home games for the Anteaters against Big West Conference western division teams. San Luis Obispo is led by guard Mike Wozniak (19.5 ppg), the conference’s freshman of the year last season. More difficult for Irvine may be Chris Bjorklund, a 6-foot-9, 230-pound freshman center, who is averaging 17.1 points. The Anteaters were overwhelmed by big men against Pacific and Long Beach State last week.
