OptimumCare Corp.: The Laguna Niguel provider of behavioral health services said net income for the second quarter totaled $176,516, or 3 cents a share, down 34% from $268,097, or 4 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue declined 6% to $2.9 million from $3.1 million. Net income for the first half dropped 50% to $234,004, or 3 cents a share, from $470,944, or 7 cents a share, for the like six months last year. Revenue increased 3% to $6.1 million from $5.9 million. The company said it operated 12 programs during the quarter compared with 14 a year earlier.
