A seat on the New York Stock Exchange sold for a record $2 million, more than triple its price a decade ago. The highest bid now for an exchange seat is $1.4 million. The lowest price at which an exchange member is willing to sell is $3 million.
* PriCellular Corp., which is 19% owned by AT&T; Corp., agreed to be acquired by American Cellular Corp., a new company formed by privately held MLC Industries of Chicago, for $1.4 billion.
* Leopold Korins, who headed the Pacific Stock Exchange from 1990 to 1996, will resign as chairman and chief executive of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange effective Friday. Neither the exchange nor Korins, 64, gave a reason.
* Delta Woodside Industries Inc. said it will sell its fitness unit, Nautilus International Inc., to focus on textiles and apparel.
