Electropure Acquires Rights to Technology

LAGUNA HILLS — Electropure Inc., a maker of water purifying products, said Monday that it has acquired the exclusive rights to proprietary membrane technology from a Pennsylvania company.
Electropure in Laguna Hills said that the products it bought from Hydro Components Inc. should provide a costs savings and should open the door to new markets. No details were provided.
