Fuller Masterful, Beats Cal Baptist, 7-2

Eric Fuller allowed two runs on four hits over eight innings for the The Master’s College in a 7-2 baseball victory over Cal Baptist on Wednesday at The Master’s.

Fuller (4-0) struck out eight. Danny Cato and Preston Sprinkle hit home runs for Master’s (14-5).

SOFTBALL

CS Northridge 9, Georgia State 0--Tara Glaister pitched a one-hitter with 13 strikeouts and Chelo Lopez had four hits with three runs batted for the Matadors (14-9-1) in the Cal State Fullerton tournament.

MEN’S VOLLEYBALL

Orange Coast d. Pierce, 15-9, 15-12, 15-11--Lucas Wisniaskowski and Dragon Ognajovic each had 12 kills but the Brahmas suffered their first loss of the season to Orange Coast (12-1) at Pierce.

WOMEN’S SWIMMING

Canyons 85, Chaffey 28--Amy Edmonds won the 50-yard butterfly in 30.27 seconds and the 100 fly in 1.11.32 for the Cougars (2-1, 2-1) in a Western State Conference victory at Chaffey.
