Rutkowski Receives Master Status

Helena Rutkowski, a Westminster School District board member, recently received a Master of Boardsmanship award.
The award comes after her completion of the California School Board Assn.’s Master of Boardsmanship program, which involves 60 hours of intensive training in subjects including curriculum, finance and leadership.
Rutkowski, elected to the post in 1996, is the fourth member of the Westminster school board to complete the program.
