Female Bank Robber Still at Large

A young woman in dark glasses robbed an Oxnard bank Friday afternoon.
The woman pointed a gun at a teller in the Wells Fargo Bank at 2101 N. Rose Ave. about 2:15 p.m. and demanded money, said Gary Auer, supervising agent of the Ventura office of the FBI.
The woman, wearing her blond hair back in a ponytail, had on a dark denim jacket and black pants. She stuffed the money and her gun into a black leather purse and ran out of the bank, Auer said.
This is the third bank robbery in Ventura County this year. Agents believe that this is the first bank this woman has robbed in the county.
