* Santa Clara-based computer services firm USWeb Corp. agreed to buy closely held Gray Peak Technologies for between $80 million and $100 million to gain the company’s expertise in developing and managing corporate Internet sites. USWeb will acquire all of New York-based Gray Peak’s stock and options in exchange for its own shares. A USWeb spokeswoman said the final purchase price will be released with the company’s earnings statement after the close of the second quarter.
