* The 48th Annual Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, Aug. 16, exhibits pre- and postwar automobiles along with the latest in concept car designs at the Lodge at Pebble Beach Resorts. * Some of the world’s greatest blues performers gather at the Monterey Fairgrounds June 27-28 for the 13th Annual Monterey Bay Blues Festival. Acts performing on the festival’s three stages include Candye Kane, the Fabulous Thunderbirds, Little Milton, the Robert Cray Band, Joe Louis Walker, Barbara Morrison and others.
