Governor’s Race

A modest proposal: Why not just put the governor’s office up for auction to the highest bidder? This has the potential for great benefit to many. The money could go for a worthwhile cause (schools/tax relief); and we the people wouldn’t be subjected to the barrage of negative advertising and overblown claims for all those months prior to the election.
