Huntington Beach and Edison Battle to Tie

Huntington Beach’s Shaun Donahoe missed a 50-yard field goal attempt with 20 seconds left in the game as the Oilers and Edison tied, 24-24, in a Sunset League football game at Orange Coast College Friday.
Shaun Shuck scored on a 50-yard run with two minutes left in the fourth to tie the score, 24-24, for Huntington Beach (6-3-1, 1-3-1).
The Oilers took a 17-10 lead in the third quarter after Sam Lightbody scored on a 15-yard pass from Jeff Emerson. Edison (0-4-1, 3-6-1) scored touchdowns in the third and fourth quarter to take a 24-17 lead in the fourth.
