EAGAN, Minn. — Northwest Airlines flight attendants are complaining about the company giving free drink coupons to frequent fliers as an apology for the recent pilots’ strike.
It’s likely to worsen an existing problem of increasing passenger aggression toward flight attendants, said Danny Campbell, spokesman for Teamsters Local 2000.
However, he said the union had not received any reports of problems.
Northwest reached agreement with its pilots last month after a 15-day strike.
