For shame. As we set off another nuclear underground blast in Nevada, ignoring the request of the people of the world (Sept. 28), the mayors of Hiroshima and Nagasaki are right in condemning it. Our moratorium on disarmament is “do as we say, not as we do.” What makes us exempt?
