* Boo at the Zoo--The elephants “Chomp and Stomp,” above, is among the attractions as the L.A. Zoo observes Halloween on Saturday and Sunday. Visitors in costume will receive $1 discount.
* Halloween Concert--The Cal State Long Beach University Symphony Orchestra offers Halloween music. Audience asked to come in costume. Saturday at 8 p.m. at Daniel Recital Hall.
* Family Halloween Carnival--Families and children ages 2 to 11 are invited for ghoulish activities at Cienega Park field, La Cienega Boulevard and Gregory Way, Beverly Hills. Saturday 2-7 p.m.
