Commerce Security Takes Eldorado Name

Laguna Hills-based Commerce Security Bancorp Inc. said it has changed its name to Eldorado Bancshares Inc. Commerce had acquired Tustin-based Eldorado Bank and folded a number of community banks into one institution under the Eldorado name.
Early last week, Commerce announced a 1-for-2 reverse split on all of its common stock.
