NEVADA CITY: The 32nd annual Constitution Day Celebration next weekend, Sept. 12-13, will feature Civil War and living-history reenactments, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday in Pioneer Park; an outdoor concert by the Watsonville Band at 7:15 p.m. Saturday (North Pine Street, downtown); a toy duck race down the rapids of Deer Creek, 11 a.m. Saturday; and a parade down Broad Street beginning at 2 p.m. Sunday. LANCASTER: The Antelope Valley Indian Museum reopens next weekend, Sept. 12-13, with its 10th annual American Indian Celebration.
