Ex-Disney TV Chairman Heads Online Firm

Former Walt Disney TV chairman Rich Frank has become chairman of Cybermeals, a San Francisco-based firm that allows consumers across the country to peruse local restaurant menus and order meals from its Web site.
Frank made a large investment in Cybermeals but declined to say how much.
The company (at https://www.cybermeals.com) charges restaurants--from national chains such as Olive Garden to small cafes--a listing fee, and also receives a small percentage of sales from takeout and delivery orders. It has struck deals to be the exclusive online meal-ordering service for America Online, Yahoo and Excite; the company has plans to go public.
Frank said he expects Cybermeals to become part of a bigger network of complementary businesses, including alliances with other online retailers.
