The dispute over a surcharge increase between Fox Sports West and Charter Communications has been settled and, beginning today, the blackout of Dodger telecasts on Fox Sports West 2 will be lifted on Charter cable television systems in the San Gabriel Valley, and on Charter-owned Marcus systems in Glendale, Burbank and Whittier.
The agreement also means Angel telecasts on Fox Sports West will not be blacked out, as was threatened. But the agreement does not include Charter-owned Falcon systems in Malibu and Calabasas. And Falcon subscribers in the Lake Arrowhead-Big Bear area still do not get Fox Sports West 2.
