Troika Networks Completes Venture Capital Financing

Troika Networks in Westlake Village announced it has completed a second round of venture capital financing. New investors Windward Ventures and New Enterprise Associates joined with existing investors DynaFund Ventures and Draper Fisher Jurvetson to provide Troika Networks with $10 million of additional equity capital.

As part of the financing, Jim Cole, general partner of Windward Ventures, was elected to the board of directors of Troika Networks.

Troika Networks is a developer-manufacturer of next-generation fibre channel technology and Storage Area Networks.

“Troika Networks is well positioned to be a leading solution supplier in the multibillion-dollar SAN industry and this strong investor group will provide the support for this phase of growth,” Cole said.
