Paris Pastry Will Move From L.A. to Oxnard

The Lobjois Family Trust purchased an industrial and office space facility at the Channel Islands Business Center in Oxnard. The property, at 1445 Stellar Drive, includes 13,485 square feet of industrial space and 793 square feet of office space. The seller was Channel Islands Business Center LLC.
The purchased property will become the headquarters for Paris Pastry, a wholesale bakery firm. The company, which will be relocating from Los Angeles, has 20 employees.
The buyer was represented by Bob Flink with CB Richard Ellis. The seller was represented by Daum Real Estate.
