Child Development Agency Leases Warehouse Space

Moen Development has leased an industrial property in Oxnard to Child Development Resources of Ventura County. The property, at 2201 E. Celsius St., is owned by Moen Development, which was represented by Jerry Steinke and Harry Preston with CB Richard Ellis. The tenant was represented by Daum Real Estate.
The space will be used for warehousing books and other materials.
