The city is sponsoring a roller hockey camp for children from Aug. 9 to 13. Instructors will teach hand, stick and skating techniques for beginners and intermediate players. Participants must bring their own helmets, elbow and kneepads, skates, mouthpieces and protective gloves. Rentals are available. The program is open for children between the ages of 7 and 14. Camp is from 9 a.m. until noon at Lomerena Elementary School, 25100 Earhart Road. Information: (949) 707-2600.
