A&E;’s “Biography” profiles Bill Bradley, Rhodes scholar, Olympic champion, professional basketball star and three-term senator from New Jersey who is running for president, tonight at 5 and 9.
VH1 unveils the second season of the nostalgic “Ed Sullivan’s Rock & Roll Classics,” Sunday at 5 p.m.
The Peabody Award-winning “Mystery Science Theater 3000” says farewell after a decade, Sunday at 6 and 8 p.m. on the Sci-Fi Channel.
PBS’ “Nature” presents “A Conversation With Koko,” Sunday at 7:30 p.m. on KCET-TV. The special focuses on the bond that was established more than 20 years ago between the 28-year-old gorilla who communicates with sign language and Dr. Francine Patterson.

Gloria Estefan hosts “Disney’s Young Musicians Symphony Orchestra,” Saturday at 7 p.m. on the Disney Channel. Taped at Avery Fisher Hall in New York, the concert features 85 young musicians from the ages of 8 to 13. Charlotte Church, the 13-year-old classical music sensation, is the special guest.
The star of “The Hughleys” headlines his second HBO comedy special, “D.L. Hughley: Going Home,” Saturday at 11:05 p.m.

American Movie Classics kicks off its seventh annual Film Preservation Festival with the John Ford silent “Straight Shooting,” Friday at 3 a.m. The three-day festival will highlight the films of the four-time Oscar-winning director and feature the premiere of the restored 1941 Oscar winner “How Green Was My Valley,” Friday at 5 and 9 p.m.
